4、 Product Description:
The basic principle of reverse osmosis desalination is that the anion exchange membrane only allows anions to pass through, blocks the passage of cations, and the cation exchange membrane only allows cations to pass through. Under the effect of external DC electric field, the ions in water conduct directional migration, so that most of the ions in one way of water migrate to another. The basis is as follows: 1. The selective permeability of the semi permeable membrane, that is to say, water is selectively allowed to pass through and salt is not allowed to pass through; 2. The external pressure of the salt water chamber is greater than the osmotic pressure of the salt water chamber and the fresh water chamber, which provides the driving force for the movement of water from the salt water chamber to the fresh water chamber.
5、Process principle:
1. RO device is a key equipment in the desalting system. The device uses membrane separation technology to remove most ions and SiO2 in water, greatly reducing TDS and reducing the operation load of subsequent desalting equipment. Ro is to pass part of the raw water through the membrane in the direction perpendicular to the membrane, the salt and colloidal substances in the water will be concentrated on the membrane surface, and the remaining part of the raw water will take away the concentrated substances in the direction parallel to the membrane, and self-cleaning will be carried out during the operation.
2. The larger the water flux and the higher the recovery rate of the membrane element, the higher the concentration degree of the membrane surface. Because of the concentration effect, the material solubility on the membrane surface is different from the material concentration in the main water flow, resulting in concentration polarization phenomenon. Concentration polarization will make the concentration of salt on the membrane surface high, increase the osmotic pressure of the membrane, increase the salt transmittance, and require more energy consumption to improve the pressure of water supply. At this time, the cleaning method should be used for recovery.
6、 System features:
1. Unattended, stable water quality. In RO-EDI desalting system, the effluent quality is stable and there is no periodic change like mixed bed.
2. No acid and alkali, no environmental pollution. The traditional desalination system adopts the ion-exchange method for desalination. Whether one-stage double bed (cation bed or anion bed) or two-stage double bed or mixed bed is used, the resin is regenerated with acid and alkali and reused. In the process of using acid and alkali to regenerate resin, a large number of waste acid and alkali are discharged, which destroys the ecological balance of water system. However, RO-EDI desalination system is used, which does not use acid and alkali in the operation process.
3. It can be produced continuously without standby device. RO in RO-EDI desalination system is a continuous operation equipment. EDI components adopt membrane blocks with each capacity of 2-3th, and then expand the capacity in parallel, and there is no need for backup device. This solves the problem that the original ion exchange equipment needs to be stopped for regeneration and has backup.
4. There are requirements for water inflow of RO equipment and EDI equipment. The water quality requirements of RO equipment vary with the membrane. If the water quality fails to meet the requirements, appropriate pretreatment methods shall be adopted to improve the water quality. In addition to coagulation and sedimentation treatment, pretreatment includes multi-media filtration, active carbon filtration and precision filtration. Sometimes, in order to prevent RO membrane from blocking, high hardness water should be softened.
