4、 Product function description:
1. Sterile water tank:
As a sterile tank unit, a sterile tank is connected with EDI device and ultraviolet sterilization device. The aseptic time of aseptic tank is longer than the production time, which not only ensures the product quality of continuous production, but also avoids reheating of products due to production stop or equipment overload. 5、 Working principle:
◇ The electrodeionization (EDI) system is a kind of scientific water treatment technology, which is used to purify the water quality through the selection of ion through the exchange membrane under the action of direct current electric field and directional movement of dielectric ions in water through the diaphragm. A pair of electrodes in an electrodialyzer are usually arranged alternately by a negative membrane, a positive membrane and a separator (A and b) to form a concentration chamber and a light chamber (i.e., cations can pass through the positive membrane and anions can pass through the anion membrane).
◇ In the dilute chamber water, the cation migrates to the negative electrode, passes through the positive membrane and is intercepted by the negative membrane in the concentration chamber; the anion in the water moves to the positive direction and is intercepted by the positive membrane in the concentration chamber, so that the number of Li ions in the water passing through the dilute chamber is gradually reduced and becomes fresh water. However, the water in the concentrated chamber becomes concentrated water due to the continuous influx of positive and negative ions in the concentration chamber, and the concentration of dielectric ions increases continuously To achieve the purpose of desalination, purification, concentration or refining.
