4、 Product Description:
Reverse osmosis flocculant is used in the pretreatment stage of reverse osmosis system, and it is used in the water with high SDI pollution index and turbidity. Colloid and suspended solids have strong penetration, which is easy to enter into the security filter through pretreatment, resulting in pollution blocking of filter element, and then it is easy to cause pollution of RO membrane if not found in time. 7、 Working principle:
1. Flocculation and sedimentation method is to use inorganic flocculant (such as aluminum sulfate) and organic anionic flocculant polyacrylic ammonium (PAM) to prepare an aqueous solution to be added into the wastewater, which will produce a compressed double electric layer, making the suspended particles in the wastewater lose stability, and the particles will increase due to mutual coagulation, forming flocculent body and alum. When the flocs grow up to a certain volume, they will separate from the water phase sedimentation under the action of gravity, so as to remove a large number of suspended solids in the wastewater, so as to achieve the effect of water treatment. In order to improve the separation effect, coagulant aids can be added in proper time and amount. The treated sewage can basically meet the discharge standards in terms of chroma, chromium content and suspended matter content, and can be discharged or used as reinjection water for artificial water injection and oil recovery.

8、 Influencing factors:
There are many factors that affect the flocculation effect, such as the type, concentration, dosage of flocculant, the stirring state, pH value, temperature and its change, etc. different countermeasures should be adopted according to the specific situation.
1. Type and dosage of flocculant: different flocculants should be selected for different wastewater. The dosage of flocculant affects the flocculation effect to a great extent. Both excess and deficiency will lead to the dispersion and stability of sol particles. Therefore, the best dosage should be determined through experiments.
2. The influence of mixing and reaction time: after adding a certain flocculant to the wastewater, the flocculant should be diffused to the water quickly and evenly. After the flocculant is fully dissolved, the generated colloid will contact with the original colloid and suspended matter in the water and form many tiny alum flowers. This process is also called mixing. In the mixing process, the water flow is required to produce intense turbulence, and the agent and water are fully mixed in a relatively fast time. The mixing time generally requires a few seconds to two minutes.
3. The influence of pH value and alkalinity: pH value has a great influence on the operation of flocculant, so the effective range of pH value must be paid attention to when the wastewater is flocculated. The limit of pH value of organic polymer flocculant is not very strict, but the lower pH value has a great influence on the flocculation effect of flocculant. Inorganic flocculant is sensitive to the pH value of wastewater. As the hydrolysis reaction of flocculant constantly produces hydrogen ions, it is necessary to keep the hydrolysis reaction fully carried out.
4. Influence of temperature: water temperature also has influence on flocculation effect. The hydrolysis reaction of inorganic flocculant is endothermic reaction. When the water temperature is low, it is not conducive to the hydrolysis of flocculant, and the viscosity of water is also related to the water temperature. If the viscosity of water is high when the water temperature is low, the Brownian motion of water molecules will be weakened, which is not conducive to the destabilization and flocculation of the polluted substance colloid in water, so the formation of flocculant is not easy. Therefore, the amount of flocculant used in winter is more than in summer. Temperature rise is conducive to the collision between the colloids to produce agglomeration, but the temperature over 90 ℃ is easy to make the flocculant aging or decomposition to produce insoluble substances, but reduce the flocculation effect.
